About Bryson
Watercolor Pools was founded by Bryson Jones with one clear mission – to redefine how swimming pools are built in Central Texas. After years in the construction and outdoor-living industry, Bryson recognized the frustration many homeowners faced when being passed from salesperson to project manager to assistant project manager. He saw an opportunity to create a more hands-on, owner-driven process – one that keeps the same trusted faces involved throughout, giving clients the transparency, communication and confidence they deserve.
A legacy graduate of Tarleton State University, Bryson has built his business on the values of hard work, family and community that were instilled early in his life. His vision was to combine the precision and durability of high-end construction with the creativity of custom design, producing luxury pools completed in under 10 weeks on average. Known for his attention to detail and ability to bring backyard dreams to life, Bryson has built Watercolor Pools around a standard of craftsmanship that rivals large-scale builders while keeping the personalized service of a family-owned company.

About Bill
In 2022, Bill Conlon joined Watercolor Pools, bringing with him a diverse background in both business and construction. Bill began his career as a Production Manager in the construction industry, where he spent over 15 years overseeing complex projects and developing a deep understanding of operations and efficiency. He later transitioned into his family business, Conlon Tax Services, a company that has proudly served its community for more than 42 years.
Throughout his career, Bill has continued his family’s entrepreneurial legacy, serving as an owner and investor in several ventures across the construction industry and beyond. A proud Sam Houston State University alumnus, Bill remains active as a mentor to young men in the Sigma Chi fraternity – instilling values of leadership, service, and integrity.
At Watercolor Pools, Bill’s role is one of mentorship and innovation. He consistently drives the team toward a customer-centered focus, challenging long-held industry norms and finding new ways to enhance both the building process and client experience. Outside of business, Bill’s passion for service extends to his 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Serve the Border, through which he has contributed to disaster relief efforts – from tornadoes to hurricanes – and supported local law enforcement from Temple to the Rio Grande Valley.
